I am thinking we need to frame moderation as labour, and how to distribute the labour.
Not all things are well served when framed as labour, and it can be horrifically overly reductionist. In this instance though, it *is* a form of extremely taxing labour. Not only review, but also the time sucking of actual labour to block or implement tables etc.
Do better.
