Sometimes any task can seem difficult
Getting up to brush teeth when I'm already lying in bed is a recurring struggle!
Just now I wanted to leave the kitchen a complete mess but I fought through and put everything dirty in the dishwasher. When I'm tired at night I allow myself to not load the dishwasher correctly, just pile everything in and latch it to seal off any temptations for bugs. Florida apartment complex summer life. It helps. Tomorrow when I have energy I'll do the actual cleanup.
