Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but On1 Photo RAW crawls on my PC. My specs well exceed the suggested hardware requirements.
It took a long time to build the initial catalog, which is reasonable, but when I browse images only some of them have thumbnail previews.
It's not just big RAW images, but old JPEGs that should load quickly. I can't edit photos by guessing what's behind the generic icon. #On1
