Continuing to avoid learning how to use Substance Painter to make proper textures for this outfit by 1) cleaning up the sleeves & tights and 2) adding more shiny things to the dress.
(The circlet is from the Veils of Faerun mod, but the clothes and hair were made by me using vanilla assets; the base dress is in the game files but had WAY too many vertices as well as no textures & thus was never released in game)
