As a life-long comics fan, how did I not know anything about Jenette Kahn? From bringing in Milton Glaser to create the DC logo, to luring Frank Miller away from Marvel to create The Dark Knight Returns, to the creation of the entire Vertigo imprint — her work had a huge impact on me as a comic book fan in the 80s and 90s.
