How many times does a Jew have to hear "the God of the Old Testament" contrasted harshly with Jesus, before finally blowing one's top and saying "Enough is enough! Shut up!"
Jesus was a traveling preacher from the country largely repeating passages from Leviticus or elsewhere in Jewish tradition. These sayings are widely treated by Christians as if they were original with Jesus and in contrast to "the Old Testament".
Whenever you say "the Old Testament" it means "the Jews".
