The Pitta baudii or Blue-Headed Pitta is endemic to Southeast Asia, on the Bornean islands of Brunei, Kalimantan Sarawak, and Sabah. These majestic birds have black and white wings, pure white throats with black cheeks, violet-blue tails, and bellies, dark blue underparts, chestnut red backs, and eye-catching, iridescent, electric blue crowns!
