Peony seed pods cracked open. Wonder if it’s worth trying to start some in a hydroponic unit. I hear they are very slow growing.
Seed pods from one peony bloom. There are five coppery brown fuzzy lobes arranged around a central bit. Each lobe is cracked open, revealing many little seeds arranged on both sides of the split. They look like a combination of wheat and little weird teeth.
