It’s like I’m hanging on by a thread, beholden to a college that is circling the drain. We hemmorhage managers bc the senior team are actually evil, and they’re is no money because they are nearly bankrupt. So they don’t hire new managers, just merge their roles (so head of art will become head of art, cookery and maths or some random shit) and then they burn out and leave too. It’s been going on for nearly 5 years since I worked there. I’ve had 6 different managers.
