The majority of tapes recently recovered are Edit tapes, so my initial call for a working TBC Umatic tape deck still stands. But there are several tapes with about a dozen full episodes total that I should get into somewhat decent working order in the meantime, even without a TBC. My goal is to put full episodes online as a "Throwback Thursday" material for WVEC's YouTube channel and OTT app.
