A perfect record for a late Sunday afternoon. One of my favorite #soul / #funk records, with a tiny bit of #jazz thrown in.
My copy is from ‘73, so it’s got a tiny bit of surface noise, but that slight crackle kind of enhances a record like this.
Stellar album.
This got reissued in 2018 for Record Store Day if I’m not mistaken. So if you see it, maybe grab it. These OGs are hard to find, and it’s a great album.
