There've been articles about the #crowdstrike outage that suggest that the economic impact will be minimal, which is, to me, a hilariously misguided and ignorant take by people who have never *worked* in the affected industries.
I used to work in aircraft interiors, and we would occasionally have an aircraft on ground or "AOG" situation. All resources were directed toward getting that plane finished and certified because an AOG costs MILLIONS of dollars a day for ONE aircraft grounded.
