People vary on how high their "affiliative needs" are…people with high affiliative needs are the joiners, the church goers, the super social follower type folks.
For them, group membership CAN BECOME MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than what the group stands for.
So yeah, if school yard taunts somehow -help- them to see how harmful their groups are, I'm all for it. There is true levels of denial in how much harm the groups themselves cause, sonif calling them weird helps- it's a step in a good direction
