I've been a fan of the Disaster Relief Trials idea for years now (still haven't been close enough to one to participate).
Looking at a couple post-Helene videos of people bringing in lots of gasoline and propane, and having trouble even getting it to anyone because the roads are washed out or blocked, it occurs again how useful e-cycles are in disaster recovery.
The gas delivered will run out pretty quickly. An e-bike delivered with some solar panels and a battery has some chance of lasting.
