There's something very calming about taking class. Just showing up and being told what to do. Pushing thru it and feeling like, at the end, I improved...learned something...maybe tried something new.
After the long (but exciting) slog that was getting ready for WWDC and a pretty tough post-dub-dub come down, tonight was my first actual class back in the aerial studio (i.e. not just open training or teaching). While I'm quite out of shape, it def brought me back to life, just a little.
