The City of Sydney wants to make local roads slower.
The premier [of the state NSW], Chris Minns, said increasing the number of 30km/h roads was over the top, adding: “You could walk quicker than that.”
Walking speed is 5 to 6 km/h but premiers don't have to know that.
At least not in NSW.
