All of a sudden my notifications are filled with "so and so posted..." in both Tusky and Mastodon.
In all cases the notifications are from recent follow/-backs. I did not change anything, they just started appearing.
I have not found a toggle in Preferences (in either client) for notifications if someone I'm following simply posts.
I don’t want to mute/cut people, but I have no interest in seeing pages of "so and so posted." I see that on my timeline already.
