As DB has closed the Riedbahn for 6 months (red on the map), my Mannheim-Frankfurt ICE is taking a hefty diversion via Worms and Mainz (without stops in either) (green on the map) We even have to take the north bridge in Mainz. It’s a scenic route though, and one I’ve not taken for more than 20 years! Lots of vineyards
Other ICEs are routed via Darmstadt instead (yellow)
