Ignore the title - that’s clickbait. The interview is both interesting and frustrating. She basically lists all the reasons why SBB won’t try to run all the routes the author suggests, and also assumes everyone must take a car on holiday.
It’s both a confident rich Swiss, and deeply conservative (not seeing opportunities) approach.
