It looks like the #taxtherich official #europeanunion initiative is not going to make the required million signatures by October 9.
How disappointing. This was not simple “clicktavism”, but a real opportunity to force the #europeancommission to put #tax injustice on the agenda. Using direct democracy.
What lessons can we learn? Are we fooling ourselves that enough people actually care about this? Don’t know.
