Tell me I'm not getting the job without telling me I'm not getting the job:
Hiring manager approached me, asked to apply. I applied, interviewed 4 rounds, all the way to the final department head interview.
By the weekend I was told that they lost their hiring budget and can't hire anymore.
Few months later I saw 2 guys started in the same team, same job title I applied for, same department head.
