What would be the simplest plugin architecture? I see 2 approaches:
1. Custom app sets up the core app (by adding and removing plugins) and runs it.
2. Config file lists plugins. Core app reads it and sets itself up.
Downside of #2 (if you use TypeScript): Plugins and core app both need access to API types—which should therefore be put into a separate package. And that is something I’d rather not do because the core app is now 2 packages.
