To contrast this, I've been researching laptops over the past month (I've settled on @frameworkcomputer 13) and I've spent most of my time looking at specs and longevity, rather than the switching costs of ecosystems.
Been a Linux and Mac user for years, and even though the seamlessness of the Apple ecosystem is nice, I could very happily switch back to Linux. Like I've done before, switching back to Mac if I wanted to is pretty straightforward too
Why is this so much harder for mobile?
