Google is going to break short links intentionally and without giving a shit.

Now they may have just a few more shortened URLs than I have in my homegrown URL shortener, but I can't imagine any condition under which "just burn it all down" is justified.

I can keep my shortened URLs in "MySQL" or dump that table and put it on SQLite (as I also have a few less accesses than Google does!), and keep it going forever(ish).

You can't convince me Google has resource constraints letting the data LIVE
