Also people dismissed the reasons Kling stated for staying on twitter because he pays for it (lol). But fedi can get VERY into doom posting. Not that it is without good reason, but it can reach fever pitches.
I want to point out that posting is one coping strategy for dealing with bad world events. Other people cope by working on projects. I know that people on here are working on cool and inspiring stuff all the time, but it can get drowned out pretty easily.
