I've been not working on a project that's mostly done, for weeks now. I had my 1-on-1 with my boss this morning. And you know what? It wasn't "why isn't this done" or "you better get moving". It was "if you don't figure it out this week, we can meet to work on it together next week". Unexpectedly easy-going.
