Anyway, the gpu torch thing works now. Meanwhile I found this supremely cool thing called OpenRailwayMap, and it can be used in leaflet. Unlike the FRA map, it also shows the local transit systems governed by the FTA. It also has info about type of line, speed limits, gauge, electrification (volts), and train protection systems (PTC in the US). https://www.openrailwaymap.org/
