Common anti-patterns for prices of services:
– Making the prices difficult to find—e.g. not showing them before I click on “sign up for a free trial period”.
– For a subscription (e.g. monthly): Large font for initial discounted prince (e.g. first 3 months). Small font for eventual price.
If I feel the provider is trying to trick me, how am I supposed to trust them? I will find out the prices eventually. Not knowing them beforehand makes me *less* likely to try out their service.
