The amount of times I get asked by non techy people when trying to raise an issue with their IT team to send them a screenshot.
However, this is then in relation to API issues of which 99% of the time it's then either HTTP403 or HTTP500.
Just to make one happy I had to screenshot the NGINX 500 page as they didn't get what error HTTP500 meant. 🙃
