Everyone is a #WebDev, and companies wants to hire people with #ResumeDrivenDevelopment (RDD). Interviewers want's to know how you #Architecture your code to make it reliable, solve problems on board that you will never be doing in your work.
And what do we get? The people who doesn't even know that there are other elements than 'div' and 'span', a #Document that has few lines of text served in Megabytes. A document that only a selected few can read or understand.
