{callme} update - I'm toying with the presentation of C code chunks in the documentation.
Instead of showing the compilation of the code in C, I show the bare C code with a blue background, and then the execution of the compiled code with the normal chunk grey background.
This then allows for the C code to be syntax highlighted as C code, rather than just an R string.
Happy to hear any thoughts on usability/anything!
