What if we had some people, employed and paid by the government, whose job it would be to ensure support for the groups and organizations doing good work, so that they could focus on doing their work?
They would make decisions based on the performance of those organizations and the needs in given localities, instead of basing it on the bribes they received.
And they could be held accountable for the results of their decisions, and the performance of the organizations. Wouldn't that be great?
