I've been dealing with nightmarishly bad, loud upstairs neighbors for the past year. I noticed the upstairs unit is listed on the complex's website as "available in September." So maybe they're moving out. I hope so. It doesn't mean someone quieter is going to move in, but it can't possibly get much worse than these people.
