Daily #mint harvest. I'm not even close to keeping up.
I grab this much every day, bruise/crush the leaves, put in large teapot and pour boiling water on them. Let steep until it cools, decant into a jug (without leaves) and refrigerate. Serve over ice with simple syrup for sweetener if desired.
Also good warm on cooler days.
