package installation question: I’m using {pak} to install packages in a docker container, from a date-pinned P3M repo and a few from our own GH repos.
I build my docker image, then take the MD5 of all the files in the .libPaths()
When I rebuild the image, I get hash mismatches on some files from both P3M and GH despite there being no updates in between.

Anyone know how this behavior arises?
Anyone have any suggestions on how to check that two systems actually are running the same code?
