Earlier this week I #hiked from #Seaford to #Eastbourne - over the #SevenSisters, and up and down #BeachyHead. A fantastic ~18km #hike in great weather ... with a *lot* of hills! 98 "flights of stairs" total, according to my phone 😮💨😅😅#UKHiking #SouthDownsWay #countryside #sussex #england
