Just found the "Chuwi Hi10 Max" which has quite similiar specs and also can run Linux.
Maybe you can check how they advertise it and incorporate the open source core of your product into your new product pages?

I would also LOVE a "Make a suggestion" button or form so that I can tell the company (starlabs) that yes the product is great, however I wish for the future it had Y.
