Finally, today, I was able to configure the A2DP profile for my Bluetooth headset on Debian.
The default audio mode "HSP/HFP" is terrible.
In the initial attempt, I was able to configure SBC codec only. LDAC was missing.
After a lot of search finally found this comment [1] which made realise the issue I was facing.
