The results are really fast query times, around <20ms for 10 results. This is with a database containing 10 million rows.

Will be using this faster API in BookLogr after I clean it up a bit.
There are regular releases of the data dumps and I would like to have a simple pipeline from downloading new data to inserting into the database. So this does not become a burden to maintain.
