You know that dreadful feeling when you see the name of the function you just wrote in a stack trace during a production outage? Prevent that by learning asynchronous or even reactive programming. Stack traces will most likely get lost, so no one will trace bugs back to you. In fact, no one will manage to trace any bugs anymore
