My website's GitLab CI pipeline is finally passing again.
Tox was broken on CI because NPM build assets were missing, which lead to Django static file errors, which broke tests and coverage.
After hours of trying to fix this in Tox, I gave up.
The current fix is to build the NPM assets in a Node container in CI, then pass the results as artifacts to the Tox job.
