#RStats decoding + playing synchronized audio/video from mpeg file (in realtime!)
Steps:
1. Decode 2s audio. Play in background
2. Decode a video frame to native raster. Display with grid::grid.raster()
3. Every ~2s decode more audio & queue into audio ringbuffer
4. GoTo Step 2.
{narampeg} - mpeg decoding
{governor} - playback speed
{rminiaudio} - streaming audio playback (not yet released)
