Well that made my heart skip a beat! I'm sitting in my room that faces a residential street with the window open. A truck just passed by and put on its brakes, and--it sounded exactly like the 1950s Godzilla! I'm not kidding. (And as a mechanic, I've no clue how brakes could have made that sound.)
