Whenever my dad has some trouble with Windows, I often say, "Why don't you use Linux?" Then he replies, "That's only for tech savvy people like you." OK, before that I've only used Linux on servers, always through the Terminal, and I'm fine with it. Though back in undergrad I was terrified of using the Terminal. Now I got a new gaming laptop with GPUs so I can play more with deep learning and I set up Windows and Ubuntu dual boot. Turns out my dad is right to some extent... 1/n
