I just got my #Fairphone back from repair after bricking it by wrongfully locking the bootloader. It took three weeks and the whole process (transport and labour) cost me 50€. I mean, I personally broke the thing.
In contrast, I got a broken #Samsung tablet, vol_down button stuck, and they requested a 255€ ransom when I sent it to repair 16 mere days after purchasing it because "the unauthorised software I had installed broke the hardware".
Remember this when choosing your next phone!
