I know that it is a problem that is tough to solve, but on Flathub, even the GNOME Image Viewer or the GNOME Calendar app are marked as unsafe because they can access files.
If every app is marked as "potentially unsafe", then some people may start downplaying the concept of "unsafe app", and then it's when unsafe apps may go unnoticed.
