I got my current job about 2 years ago, after a year I realized the manager of my manager is a tiran.
I got into a fight with him about my working hours, he threaded me as a criminal for me asking to work less hours so I can take better care of my son. The year after it I had almost no contact with him because my manager is between him and me. Now my manager had enough of his tyranny, and they aren't on speaking terms anymore and shit is just dysfunkt as hell now. It's probably smart to gtfo.
