Ouch... those Chief( petty officer)s certainly got what was coming to them. Sure, it SUCKS to not have internet access, but there are good reasons why you don't have it in some situations.
I'd insert the usual rant about "shit rolls downhill when UCMJ is employed", but really... kinda hard to be in my enlisted peers' corner when they actually did the crime.
