I just put my finger on something that's been bothering me for years about "influencer culture."
It's one thing to observe that there are a lot of "influencers" whose only measurable talent is staggering wealth.
But that, alone, isn't the worst of it. The thing I finally put my finger on today is how many of those wealthy influencers gain clout from DESTRUCTION.
Watch me destroy this expensive car. Watch me taunt cops until I'm arrested. Watch me make people miserable.
It ain't healthy.
