You can improve CRAN with these 9 tricks 😉

As it has been discussed these days at there is much to improve , both technically and non-technically. Kurt Hornik, one of the founders of CRAN, listed in his last slide of useR!2024 what *we* can do

My personal recommendation is to start small and with what you have at hand (resources available: time, interest, experience, ...). The hardest part in open source is not naming, but collaborating and long term maintenance
